We have an exciting temporary full-time position available until 30 June 2026 unless otherwise determined, for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team at TAFE Queensland's Toowoomba Campus.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will
Contribute to the development of a range of organisational capability strategies that enable the Region to demonstrate performance excellence and service delivery innovation, to meet the needs of internal customers and other key stakeholders.
This position reports to the Manager, Human Resources
Salary
The salary range for this position at the AO5 classification is $102,744 - $111,461 (gross) per annum.

Previous experience in a human resources business partnering capacity
Experience using Aurion or a similar Human Resource Information System

The ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities:

Demonstrated highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage the flow of people and business, liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding sensitive and confidential matters, maintain effective working relationships in a high pressure environment.
Demonstrated personal drive and integrity through adoption of positive and balanced approach to work in a complex and competitive organisation.
Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal skills including negotiation with the capacity to resolve issues and manage dispute/grievance resolution and advocacy.
