PMO Lead Job Description
We build advanced underwater vessels for the Royal Australian Navy, offering life extension services that enhance their capabilities.
This key role will lead Program Management Office (PMO) services for strategic transformation programs and projects.
The ideal candidate will work closely with program leaders, delivery teams, vendors, and partners to drive high-impact outcomes supporting our transformation journey.
Responsibilities include leading governance, reporting, and administration, developing management plans, overseeing risk and issue management, ensuring compliance with policies and frameworks, and managing PMO tools and processes.
The successful candidate must have proven experience as a PMO Lead or project roles within large, complex programs, possess strong knowledge of program governance, reporting, and risk management, be familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Jira, exhibit excellent communication skills, and demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
