Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Organisational Psychology Lecturer to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in organisational psychology, with expertise in research methodology, statistics, and qualitative analysis. You will also have experience in unit chairing, post-graduate unit chairing, and/or teaching at the tertiary level.
As an Organisational Psychology Lecturer, you will design and deliver effective teaching practices to improve student success and engagement. You will lead unit teaching teams, work collaboratively with other unit teaching teams, and develop effective unit curricula and learning resources.
You will also supervise masters-level theses, demonstrate scholarly teaching practices in the discipline of organisational psychology, and contribute to the implementation of specific aspects of University's strategic and community engagement agendas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* PhD in a relevant discipline and/or other relevant qualifications
* Registered psychologist with endorsement in organisational psychology
* Registered with Psychology Board of Australia as a board-approved supervisor
* Ability to design and deliver postgraduate teaching that is informed by real-world organisational psychology practice
* Ability to deliver effective teaching practices to improve student success and engagement
