About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our construction team, delivering high-end residential homes and light commercial projects. You'll be responsible for producing accurate, competitive estimates and supporting projects from early design through to tender and construction handover.
Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions
* Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
* Complete material take-offs and labour costing
* Source and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers
* Assist with budgets, feasibility studies, and variations
* Support the transition from estimating to construction
About You
* Proven estimating experience in high-end residential and/or light commercial projects
* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
* Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
* Confident communicator and team player
Skills & Experience
* Trade background, construction management, QS, or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
* Ability to interpret architectural and engineering documentation
* Knowledge of WA building processes and regulations is highly advantageous
* Familiarity with the local WA subcontractor market is a plus
