The Role
We're looking for a driven Business Growth Coach who thrives on helping business owners grow — and isn't afraid to lead from the front.
This is a hands-on role combining coaching, growth strategy, and sales support. You'll diagnose problems, challenge thinking, support enrollment conversations, and hold clients accountable to real outcomes.
You'll work closely with business owners, the coaching team, and leadership to drive growth across revenue, profit, hiring, and systems — while building strong relationships and momentum inside the program.

What You'll Do
* Coach business owners 1:1 across growth, hiring, systems, and leadership
* Run engaging group coaching sessions that drive momentum and accountability
* Support sales and enrollment conversations by diagnosing fit and challenges
* Build and refine growth strategies across marketing, team, and operations
* Guide clients through hiring, delegation, and stepping off the tools
* Help clients improve cash flow, profit, and decision-making
* Track progress closely, identify obstacles early, and redirect fast
* Collaborate with coaching and sales to improve systems and client experience
* Work full-time in-office for the first 3 months to embed into the team

Requirements
* 3+ years in coaching, consulting, sales, or business operations
* Strong understanding of marketing, systems, team, and financials
* Confidence leading coaching and sales conversations
* High emotional intelligence with direct communication
* Strong organisation and follow-through
* Willingness to work in-office full-time for the first 3 months
