Working systematically and intuitively with key stakeholders including the client and the Practice Lead to understand their high level requirements. Developing and documenting first-class solutions, based on client requirements. Being accountable for defined assignments/projects often involving immediate action or short term planning of human and other resources.\Establish and maintain relationships with clients as a source of informed, reliable, professional advice about solution options based on the consultant's specific skills and knowledge. Works with minimal supervision and provides oversight and guidance to more junior staff. Operating as an active member of a project team and the wider Capgemini company and practice community. 3+ years experience in ServiceNow development Let's talk about your capability and experience: Excellent technical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM (and/or other relevant ServiceNow application) configuration Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics and key performance indicators Team collaboration and communication skills Excellent documentation skills Ability to mentor/lead junior team members Awareness/knowledge of technical components including LDAP, VPN, SSL and other relevant technologies (eg: Testing tools, integration tools) Thorough knowledge of end to end SDLC Minimum 3years' developer/technical experience Current ServiceNow Certifications including at least CSA and preferably CIS – ITSM Experience using JavaScript, CSS and HTML ITIL certification or similar Industry certification Tertiary degree qualification in a relevant subject Experience in Agile delivery methodology Service Certified System Administrator Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM Nice to have - Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM, HR, IRM or HRSD, SAM, SecOps, Javascript Integration experience Let's talk about what's in it for you!
