The Role
We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team at Corowa Court, home to 60 residents in leafy Mornington.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply clinical skills and knowledge of the ageing process to provide exceptional care
* Tailor holistic care plans to meet individual resident needs
* Promote dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
* Plan, implement, and evaluate care with accurate documentation
* Build genuine connections with residents through empathy and engagement
About You
* Current nursing registration with AHPRA
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create genuine connections
* Knowledge of aged care legislation and safe medication administration
* Clinical expertise in areas such as wound care, dementia support, infection control
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain
