About the Role
As our Demand Generation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building and executing marketing campaigns that drive demo bookings for our sales team. You’ll own the execution of email nurture, content and social that moves prospects through the funnel. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing team to align messaging, improve conversion and bring the right leads to the table at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demo bookings
* Write compelling marketing copy for email nurture sequences, landing pages, and blog posts
* Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on lead quality and feedback loops
* Build and manage lead nurturing workflows using our CRM and marketing automation tools
* Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and continuously optimise for CPL and conversion rates
* Support planning and promotion of webinars, conferences and other events to drive registrations and lead generation
* A/B test creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages to continuously improve performance
* Stay current with digital marketing best practices and ad platform changes
About You
* 2+ years experience in a demand generation, growth, or performance marketing role, ideally in B2B SaaS
* Strong copywriting skills for short-form and long-form content
* Proven success running campaigns
* Comfortable with tools like Hubspot, Wordpress, Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Basic design skills (e.g. Figma, Adobe suite) to create quick supporting collateral for written content
* Data-driven and comfortable using analytics to make decisions
* Curious, test-and-learn mindset with strong attention to detail
* A proactive communicator, comfortable working in a team
Great to have (but not a dealbreaker)
* Experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries
* Familiarity with funnel metrics and performance marketing (e.g. SQL, MQL, CAC, ROAS)
* SEO or organic content experience
