The Position
* Manage food ordering for 26 sites across Santos portfolio
* Oversee inventory management for all sites
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
* Create and update spreadsheets for pricing compliance
* Work closely with commercial team to ensure accurate stocktake/inventory and client billing
* Sources products for sites via SCQ's, providing suppliers with volumes for new menu items
* Train new managers and chefs on catering processes and supporting other services
* Resolve back charge items with clients
Responsibilities
* Manage food purchasing for 26 locations
* Oversee inventory levels for all locations
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet business needs
* Develop and maintain price lists
* Work closely with commercial teams to manage inventory and client payments
* Purchase ingredients from approved suppliers
* Train staff on catering procedures and other support services
* Address any discrepancies with clients
