Downer's Rail & Transit Systems (RTS) is the leading rail business in Australia, with expertise in delivering whole-of-life asset management support to our customers. With over 155 years of rail experience, we deliver innovative transport solutions that keep communities moving.
We're proud to be delivering the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (QTMP), and we're looking for the best people to help make it happen.
QTMP involves the design, manufacture and maintenance of 65 new six-car passenger trains to support Cross River Rail and the 2032 Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games. These trains will be built at a new, purpose-built facility in Torbanlea on the Fraser Coast.
