* Nurture full ownership of mechanical design, from initial sketch to finalized manufacturing drawings.
* Contribute to project planning, design reviews and risk assessment of mechanical and system‐level decisions.
* Ensure designs withstand harsh environmental conditions (extreme temperatures, dust, vibration, mechanical shock).
* Integrate mechanical elements with electrical, software and manufacturing processes to achieve seamless product assemblies.
* Apply design‐for‐manufacturing and design‐for‐assembly (DFM/DFA) principles to improve reliability and reduce production costs.
* Develop and maintain human‐readable drawings, documentation and data for external and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with production, QC and suppliers to resolve design issues and improve production processes.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* 10+ years of experience in mechanical design for industrial or integrated electromechanical systems.
* Proficiency in 3D CAD (NX or equivalent) and design documentation.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and surface treatments.
* Experience designing for harsh environments in marine, architectural or industrial applications.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and deliver high‐quality engineering outputs.
* Excellent detail orientation and clear documentation skills.
* Mentoring experience and collaborative mindset are desirable.
At Coolon, you will work in a collaborative environment driven by integrity and initiative, with end‐to‐end control of the design process.
