Where you'll be working
Royal North Shore Hospital, Orthotics Department.
What you'll be doing
Perform consultative role in orthotics management specifically in spinal injury. Provide orthotics services to inpatient and outpatient clinical units.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria
* Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics recognised by NSW Health with eligibility for membership of the Australian Orthotics and Prosthetics Association with demonstrated experience as a level 2 or equivalent.
* Experience with leading staff in evidence based clinical service provision, including the ability to undertake formal supervision and promote professional competence of other Orthotists.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and liaise with other professionals to ensure access to health services and continuity of care for clients and their families in an outpatient setting.
