Band 4 - base salary from $121,000 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience

As a Procurement Specialist, you'll partner with teams across the organisation to achieve outstanding commercial outcomes, navigate complex market conditions, and ensure our procurement practices remain best-in‐class.
The Role Is Responsible For
* Providing trusted advice to internal teams, in making commercially savvy decisions.
* Lead end-to-end tendering across everything from high-profile projects to unique, one-off sourcing challenges.
* Shape smart market engagement strategies that get the best results for the business.
* Manage procurement documentation from start to finish, including tender evaluation facilitation.
* Work side‐by‐side with legal, technical, and operational teams to ensure tenders meet regulatory needs and business goals.
* Deliver innovative sourcing strategies and embed best‐practice procurement processes.
* Champion procurement excellence and ensure probity is never compromised.
About You
You are an excellent communicator and bring a blend of commercial know-how, strategic thinking, and a genuine ability to work well with people. Confident in navigating complex procurement environments, you can translate technical requirements into practical outcomes and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
You're Adaptable, Proactive, And Committed To Delivering Results That Balance Business Needs With The Highest Standards Of Probity And Integrity.
You Will Offer
* Extensive experience in procurement, contracts management (or similar), ideally supported by a minimum of five years in comparable positions, with relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded. Proven expertise in contemporary procurement practices, ideally within a regulated environment.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build productive relationships.
* Experience managing multiple priorities and communicating progress clearly.
* Demonstrated change management capability and the ability to guide stakeholders through new processes.
* Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills to develop clear and detailed policies, procedures and reports.
