About The Role The BuildCam Customer Specialist supports the end‑to‑end delivery of BuildCam services, including customer service, scheduling, logistics coordination, administrative support, and stock control. This role plays a vital part in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the smooth running of the BuildCam division. You will work closely with our Installers, Technicians, Account Manager, and General Manager to ensure timely service delivery, accurate stock management, high‑quality administration, and a consistently professional customer experience.

About You
* 2+ years' experience in customer service, logistics, operations, or administrative coordination
* Experience supporting field teams, service delivery, or scheduling (advantageous)
* Exposure to construction, building, or trade‑based environments (highly desirable)
* Strong organisational capability with the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
* High attention to detail and accuracy across documentation and data entry
* Confidence using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Outlook, Excel, and operational platforms
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* A proactive, solutions‑focused, hands‑on approach
* The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
