About The Role
We're looking for a tech savvy, experienced insurance estimator to come on board and work in an exciting new team! You'll be carrying out desktop estimating, quality assurance, scope amendments and scope queries from the office facilitated by Virtual Assist software capabilities. The aim of the game is to be customer focused and provide timely solutions to our Clients.

Responsibilities Include
* Work alongside manager to setup new systems and processes
* Liaise with Trades & Customers to explain and complete each quotation
* Prepare tender/quote packages including detailed Scope of Works & Pricing
* Provide competitive project budgets with labour & material breakdowns
* Determine causation of damage and explain in detailed reportingPreparing and submitting tender/quote submissions
* Meet and drive individual performance & service KPIs
* Ensure all quoted work adheres to legislative & WHSE requirements
Other Skills & Attributes
* Trade background not required, however will be considered as advantage
* Proven Insurance or Estimating background – minimum 2 years
* Excellent organisational & time management skills
* Strong computer skills and able to learn quickly
* Confident & professional phone manner
* Ability to work autonomously and within team environment
* Background in insurance building estimation and/or desktop assessment is highly favourable
