The Role As Clinical Care Manager, you’ll work closely with the Facility Manager and a team of passionate professionals to oversee the delivery of person-centred clinical care. Your leadership will ensure compliance, quality outcomes, and a supportive culture for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary clinical team Manage AN-ACC assessments, care planning, and case conferencing Drive continuous improvement and clinical governance standards Collaborate with families, allied health providers, and medical professionals Oversee medication management and ensure compliance with legislative standards Respond to clinical incidents, complaints, and risk reviews Ideal Profile: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Experience managing care in aged care or acute environments Sound clinical assessment and care planning skills Postgraduate qualifications in aged care (highly regarded) Proven leadership and people management abilities Strong knowledge of aged care accreditation and compliance requirements What's In It For You?
