You'll be involved with the design, technical support and project delivery whilst leading and mentoring your team.Key Responsibilities Leading & mentoring junior team membersMaintaining existing & building new client relationshipsModelling, design & documentation of roads subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics & earthworksTechnical input to ensure designs meet project needsTimely and budget-conscious project deliveryKey Skills & Attributes To excel in this role, you will ideally have:A Civil / Associate Engineering degree (recognised by EA.)10-20 years of engineering / design experienceFamiliarity with Austroads/NZ standards & Australian regulationsExp.
