You'll design and deliver high-quality training programs, manage our learning management system, analyse training data, and partner with leaders to ensure our learning initiatives directly support organisational goals. The role is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 5, with an annual starting salary of $100,766 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: - Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or equivalent tertiary or bachelor qualifications. - Proven experience developing and delivering engaging training (face-to-face and virtual). - Strong instructional design capability, including inclusive and accessible approaches. - Experience managing an LMS and online learning platforms.
