Registered Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Manjimup, Western Australia.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, responsive and individualized care to residents, plan, organize and implement care in accordance with individual Resident Care Plans, and provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our Care Staff.
About the Role:
This is a part-time max term opportunity available from October 2025 to April 2026, with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based in Manjimup and will work 33.45 hours per fortnight.
The role includes developing care plans in consultation with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals, and relating to older people with empathy, understanding and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, responsive and individualized care to residents
* Plan, organize and implement care in accordance with individual Resident Care Plans
* Provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our Care Staff
* Develop care plans in consultation with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals
* Relate to older people with empathy, understanding and respect
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* At least three years of experience in aged care or community services
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and assessment skills
