As our IT Systems Engineer - Network, you'll deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure across our business.
You'll support and enhance our network, Windows Server, virtualisation, and cloud environments — ensuring our teams have the tech they need to perform at their best.
What you'll do Maintain and support enterprise LAN/WAN and wireless networks Manage switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN solutions Deliver level 2 and 3 escalations for infrastructure and site rollouts Administer Windows Servers, VMware, Citrix, and O365 environments Oversee data backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems Collaborate with our cybersecurity team to maintain secure operations Mentor junior staff and document IT systems and procedures What you'll bring 5+ years' experience in complex hybrid IT infrastructure environments Strong skills across Windows Server, VMware, Citrix, and O365 Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching, and routing Certifications such as CCNA/P, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Role-Based Certifications highly regarded Proactive problem solver with strong teamwork and communication skills Why RCC?
