We have an opportunity for a dedicated Re-engagement Officer to join this leading training organisation, where you'll play a key role in supporting student progression, engagement, and handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced training environment. About the Role: As a Student Engagement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring students remain engaged and supported throughout their studies. You will work closely with trainers, administration staff, and senior management to monitor student progress, identify those at risk, and implement tailored support strategies. Alongside student engagement activities, you will also assist with customer service, compliance, and general administrative duties that support the daily operations of the business. Key Responsibilities: Build positive, supportive relationships with students, trainers, and stakeholders.Monitor student attendance, participation, and course progression across all funded programs.Identify and proactively support students at risk of disengagement.Manage inbound calls and enquiries with professionalism and care.Assist with enrolments, course bookings, payment processing, and maintaining accurate student records.Upload and manage SVTS records and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.Conduct student check-ins, gather feedback, and coordinate Individual Support Plans where needed.Participate in Pre-Training Reviews, eligibility checks, audits, and compliance activities.Collaborate with the broader team to continuously improve engagement and support processes.
