About The Role
You will manage and coordinate your team to ensure efficient operations within a fast-paced, automated production environment, focusing on the safe preparation of eggs for dispatch.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
The Supervisor oversees daily production activities on the grading floor.
Key Functions of the Role:
* Mentoring and supporting grading floor staff
* Coordinating production schedules to maintain output and quality
* Effective communication within the team and with partners
* Managing production, costs, and profitability against budgets
* Collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, Warehousing, and Cleaning teams
* Implementing continuous improvement initiatives
* Participating in compliance with Quality Assurance, Bio-security, Workplace Health and Safety, Food Safety standards
* Supporting community and stewardship programs
* Working weekends on a rotational shift pattern
