Are you an experienced travel industry professional with a proven track record in sales leadership? This is an exciting prospect to step into a Sales Team Leader role with a global travel organisation, where you'll play a key part in driving team success and business growth.
About the role ️
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales consultants
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and implement performance plans as required
- Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Monitor team KPIs and support continuous improvement
- Foster a positive, results-driven culture by leading from the front
- Collaborate with senior leaders on business growth initiatives
- Work a 7-day rotating roster
- Staggered shift times following Eastern hours, starting as early as 6AM
What we're looking for
- Proven leadership experience in the travel industry (call centre experience a bonus)
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership with a track record of achieving results
- Strong communication and people skills with a confident and professional approach
- In-depth understanding of the sales process, from opening conversations to closing deals
- Resilient, flexible, and able to thrive under pressure
