**Job Title:** Senior Game Designer
**About the Role:**
We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Game Designer to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our game development team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing engaging and innovative gameplay experiences for our players. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, art, and design, to create world-class content that resonates with our audience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop new game modes, features, and mechanics that evolve the game and resonate with our universe.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement content on a live service cadence.
- Work with the lead designer to create world-class content for Path of Champions, a roguelike gamemode in Legends of Runeterra.
- Mentor junior designers and refine the development process to raise the bar for quality.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of professional experience in game design on at least one live service game.
- Demonstrated ability to execute within established design structures and contribute meaningfully to ongoing live operations.
- Strong implementation skills, able to prototype and build content with sustainable, production-ready execution.
- Exceptional clarity in communication, with a strong ability to convey concepts to remote and interdisciplinary teammates.
