We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support complex IT initiatives, bridging business requirements with effective technical solutions. This role suits a self-driven BA who can work independently while engaging confidently with senior stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements Lead application-level technical design and support end-to-end delivery Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors Own technical issues, risks, and dependencies through the delivery lifecycle Coordinate and quality-assure technical designs, build artefacts, and vendor deliverables Support cutover, go-live, and operational handover activities Produce high-quality technical and support documentation Key Technical Skills & Experience IBM Maximo SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Active Directory Proven experience working on asset management projects and understanding asset lifecycle processes Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across business and technical teams Broad technical knowledge across application architecture, infrastructure, and databases Proven experience delivering scalable, secure technical solutions Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience with complex enterprise or infrastructure environments highly regarded If this sounds like you, click APPLY NOW.
