Ideally you have a good level of fitness
Experience not necessary
Comfortable hand weeding for extended periods. Ie on the ground.
Live around Berwick is ideal. Or en route to Mt Dandenong
Majority of current work on the mountain
Comfortable using lawnmower/gardening tools
20-38 hrs per week (if wet weather will pay minimum 4 hrs)
