Job Description:
The Project Support Officer will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the KindiLink initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site visits and organize professional learning opportunities for stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Support annual forums by liaising with Aboriginal Islander Education Officers and other key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
* Analyze attendance data to inform decision-making and drive the initiative's success, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
* Provide executive and administrative support for KindiLink programs, ensuring effective management of finances, correspondence, and resources.
Requirements:
* Aboriginality is considered essential for this position under relevant legislation.
* Candidates must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* Consent to a National Criminal History Check with the Screening Unit.
* Hold or obtain a current valid 'C' class driver's licence.
