Job Description
As a Digital Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of solutions by consulting with stakeholders to obtain, analyze, communicate, and validate technical requirements for changes to business processes, policies, digital systems, and applications. You will also identify business problems and seek opportunities to solve them while enhancing the digital user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of solutions by consulting with stakeholders
* Identify business problems and seek opportunities to solve them
* Develop member-centric digital solutions that deliver the best outcomes for customers
* Draft technical requirements and artefacts to communicate solution designs
* Leverage technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, MAUI, Sitecore, and Web APIs
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Professional verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills
* Business acumen and industry knowledge with a strong understanding of business processes and products
* Knowledge of digital IT trends and experience working with digital platforms
* Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
* Hands-on experience using UML to create sequence diagrams
* Extensive experience working with APIs and web services
* Knowledge and use of process modelling tools to create BPMN and flow diagrams
