Operating as a charitable trust serving the Arrernte people of Central Australia, LAE owns and operates three IGA supermarkets and the iconic Outbush clothing store, as well as owning three commercial buildings, with a mission to generate sustainable income and employment for the benefit of the local Aboriginal community.
At an exciting time in its history, the opportunity has emerged for a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead LAE through its next era with a focus on strategic consolidation, driving sustainable growth, maximising operating surplus and, ultimately, enhancing their contribution to the Arrernte community.

With a forecast for future growth and development, interest is sought from persuasive, influential and commercially astute executives with a strong understanding of FMCG and an appetite for taking calculated risks.
