About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Psychologist to work with an independent organisation committed to providing quality support services to NDIS participants in Geelong. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical supervision, delivering psychological assessments and interventions, and working closely with participants and their families to achieve therapeutic outcomes.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Contribute to the provision of high-quality clinical supervision
* Deliver a range of psychological assessments and interventions
* Work collaboratively with participants and their families to achieve therapeutic outcomes
* Work across the lifespan - caseloads can be tailored to meet your clinical interests

About You:
* Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Psychology and AHPRA registration
* Board-approved supervisor status
* Previous experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities (NDIS) or other health conditions (desired)
* Proven experience in delivering clinical supervision to provisional psychologists
* Adept in working with multidisciplinary care teams within the NDIS space
* Excellent knowledge of psychological assessment and intervention
* Demonstrated clinical skills and problem-solving ability
* Strong communication and report writing skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
* Highly organised, reliable and high attention to detail
* Friendly and empathetic personality
* Hold a current driver’s license and your own car
* Must hold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Eligible to work permanently in Australia
