We're looking for experienced Loader, Skid Steer and Excavator Operators to join our team on projects in Bunbury and the wider South West.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate required machines to assist with production
* Work safely around services (water, power, comms) and ensure best-practice controls.
* Complete pre-starts, JHAs/SWMS, basic daily maintenance and quality checks.
* Liaise with supervisors and truck drivers to keep production on track.
* Trimming works
What We Need From You
* Civil background (subdivisions/roadworks/earthworks) with proven operating experience.
* Demonstrated experience on a loader, skid steer and/or Excavator.
* Confident working around other machines.
* Current White Card and relevant plant tickets (Loader, skid steer or Excavator)
* Valid driver's licence, reliable transport.
* Solid communication and safety focus
* Availability for consistent weekday hours with occasional Saturdays when required.
