We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales engagements directly with enterprise end customers & managing relationships with channel partners. You will act as a key liaison between the company, its partners, and enterprise customers, ensuring that both partner relationships and customer needs are met effectively and efficiently. Within your defined territory, you will mentor & enable channel partners to sell Ericsson Enterprise solutions into the Enterprise and Public Sector Markets to meet the sales targets set by your management. Together with your assigned channel partners you will define market and account plans and build pipeline from new and existing customers. Opportunity management within the Ericsson CRM systems is your responsibility and it is expected that you will co-sell with partners directly to the end customer. You will be a team player who is able to motivate internal resources across a matrix organization to achieve excellent results.
What you will do
* Account Management: Complete account plans, utilize CRM, and provide regular reports on accounts and sales figures
* Channel Partner Engagement: Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and distributors. Ensure alignment with company sales strategies and objectives.
* Customer Focus: Proactively assess and validate customer needs while maintaining high customer satisfaction
* Partner Enablement: Collaborate with partners to ensure they have the tools, resources, and training needed to sell and support the company's ICT solutions. Provide ongoing support and guidance to help partners achieve sales targets.
* Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with partners to develop joint sales strategies and campaigns aimed at expanding market reach and increasing revenue
You will bring
* Bachelor's degree or at least ten (10+) years of real sales experience
* Strong knowledge and experience in the Wireless (Cellular and Wi‐Fi), IT Security and/or Networking market
* Extensive experience selling to direct end‐customers, together with channel partners, & sales management
* Wireless, IT Security, and Networking Expertise: Successful experience in managing complex sales environments and demanding customer accounts
* Experience selling within the telecommunications service provider market, with preference for additional experience with global systems integrators
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem‐solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment
* Must be able to collaborate well with cross functions across the sales and marketing organization
