Overview
Assetlink is hiring a Customer Service Team Member for the Macarthur Square location in Campbelltown, Recent South Wales. This casual role is paid in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award - Grade 3.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and be the first point of contact at the customer service desk with a welcoming attitude and create a positive first impression.
- Provide accurate information and directions, anticipate customer needs, and resolve complaints to delight the customer.
- Meet and greet guests, assist with queries and special requests.
- Contribute to a high standard of service and work to meet or exceed client expectations.

- Prior customer-facing customer service or hospitality, retail, hotel concierge experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
- Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and stand for lengthy periods
- Must have valid work rights in Australia
