Vision is a dynamic and growing ministry organisation committed to spreading the Gospel far and wide across Australia and beyond. Since our inception in 1988, our mission has been to deliver the Good News through various media platforms, helping people look to God daily and be available whenever they need it. From broadcast radio to print and digital publications, streamed podcasts to engaging videos, people connect with Vision for inspiration, uplifting music, and thought-provoking messages. Alongside these offerings, we provide a syndicated national news service, a prayer helpline, and other disciple-making initiatives, all designed to support and encourage people wherever they find themselves.
As the ministry’s Marketing Promotions Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering market awareness and brand-building activities through planning, budgeting, coordinating, and executing a twelve-month national calendar of events of specific promotional activities and programs. In conjunction with your national focus, this role oversees our Vision Ambassador Program. Promoting, coordinating, and motivating a network of pre-qualified people who have a heart for Vision’s ministry and services and would like to represent us in their local church, community, or at events.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute a national twelve-month calendar of promotional events.
2. Raise brand awareness and build the ministry’s reach and acceptance.
3. Coordinate and work with the Marketing Team for all communication needs.
4. Build and manage Vision’s national ambassador network.
5. Support local marketing activities when needed.
6. Support the Partnerships Team in identifying and discerning opportunities.
7. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and of the highest standard.
8. Travel as required to arrange displays and represent the ministry at key events.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Love to meet new people and a heart for the Ministry.
* Appropriate industry and sector qualification(s) or experience.
* Good project management, logistical coordination, and ability to multitask.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* A motivated self-starter with strong time management skills.
* Excellent at managing budgets, achieving goals, and meeting deadlines.
* Willing to investigate and recommend ideas where appropriate.
* Willing to align with our organisation’s mission, values, and culture.
