Your Opportunity: Your responsibilities will include: Accurately perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipt notes. Process a high volume of supplier invoices daily, ensuring adherence to company policies and payment terms. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or variances in coordination with procurement, receiving, and vendors. Ensure all supporting documentation is correctly attached and approvals are obtained in accordance with company policies. Maintain and update vendor records in the financial system. Assist with weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Respond to vendor inquiries and communicate professionally to resolve issues in a timely manner. Assist with month-end closing activities including accruals and reporting. Support internal and external audit requirements related to accounts payable. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in the AP process. Administration support including some travel coordination for the team. About You To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: Minimum of 2 years' Accounts Payable experience Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel. High attention to detail and accuracy.
