TSF Operations Director
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading TSF construction and operations teams, ensuring compliance with all relevant design, safety, and environmental regulations. Daily responsibilities include overseeing project implementation, supervising supervisors and crews, monitoring QA/QC adherence, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* At least a decade of experience in a Superintendent or Senior Supervisor role within TSF or civil mining is required.
* Strong leadership skills, planning capabilities, and effective communication abilities are essential for this position.
* A solid understanding of dam construction principles, QA/QC protocols, and geotechnical aspects is necessary to excel in this role.
