The Opportunity
We're seeking a creative, strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications for Hubert Estate. This part-time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to shape the voice and positioning of one of the Yarra Valley's most iconic destinations.
Working closely with venue teams and leadership, your role is to build brand awareness, drive visitation, support event sales, and grow engagement across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning
· Develop and execute annual marketing strategy and calendar aligned to business objectives
· Create integrated marketing campaigns across restaurant, events, and experiences
· Manage marketing budget with accurate cost tracking and ROI analysis
Content & Digital Marketing
· Plan and manage social media content, advertising campaigns, and community engagement
· Oversee website updates and optimization for user experience and SEO
· Create compelling digital and print content aligned with brand guidelines
· Coordinate photography, video content, and on-site activations
Analysis & Collaboration
· Analyse and report on campaign performance, social metrics, and customer engagement
· Collaborate with venue managers on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and local partnerships
· Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and departments
· Liaise with external contractors and creative partners
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
· 3+ years in marketing, communications or brand management
· Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle or related industries
· Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
· Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Technical Skills
· Proficiency with design tools (InDesign, Canva)
· Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress
· Familiarity with social media management tools (Sked, Later, etc.)
· Understanding of email marketing and CRM platforms
Personal Attributes
· Self-motivated with excellent project management skills
· Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
· Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
· Genuine passion for hospitality, food, wine, and creating memorable experiences
Role Details
· Hours: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week (3 days) with flexible scheduling
· Location: Based at Hubert Estate, Coldstream (Yarra Valley)
· Flexibility: Some weekend or evening work required for key events
· Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
