In this role, you’ll embed strategic planning into day-to-day operations and take the lead on departmental projects that directly impact how our teams work. What will you do? / How will you help?
As The Outpatient Services Manager, You’ll
* Lead the operational performance of the Ancillary and Enablement teams
* Embed strategic planning into daily operations, ensuring business alignment at every level
* Oversee and deliver departmental projects that enhance team workflows and service delivery
* Manage key escalations, compliance, attestation activities and quality assurance
* Guide and support Team Leaders to meet strategic and performance objectives
* Oversee claims operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
* Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business and health industry
* Review and respond to PHIO complaints and industry escalations
* Contribute to product and benefit design in line with regulations and industry trends
What do you need? /What are we looking for?
Required
* Experience in operational improvement and service delivery
* Proven leadership and team management experience
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
* Strategic thinker
Desirable
* Experience in claims or membership processing within the Private Health Insurance industry
* Understanding of medical terminology and clinical coding
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management
