* As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our participants, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
* You will also be responsible for accurate completion of shift notes and incident reports, administering medication as directed by policy and client care plans with attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate must be confident, proactive, and able to think on their feet under pressure. Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with the team and pass on feedback and participant updates.

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals who can support both Disability and Child Safety participants throughout their day-to-day living, including housekeeping, cooking, grocery shopping, personal care, and hygiene. Community access and transportation will also be part of your responsibilities.
