Our multi-franchise dealership located 8 minutes from the Gold Coast airport in the heart of Tweed is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated New / Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team. Responsible for leading the sales team, overseeing stock, reporting, and data analysis to ensure effective operations and growth.
What the role entails
- Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met
- Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI
- Mentoring and coaching sales team
- Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.
- Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities

- Knowledge of motor dealership systems, Pentana and Dealer Socket will be an advantage
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Must possess sound knowledge of internet and selling skills required to maximise internet opportunities
