* Validate export documentation reports to minimize errors
* Coordinate timely submission of DTXs and port authority manifests
* Provide prompt responses to customer queries
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Experience in shipping is preferred but not required
