ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client has several entry-level roles offering exposure across export operations, customer service, and pricing within an international freight forwarding environment. You'll gain hands‐on experience managing shipments, supporting clients, and contributing to commercial activities.
DUTIES
* Coordinate end-to-end export shipments, including documentation and compliance.
* Liaise with shipping lines to manage bookings.
* Act as a customer contact, providing updates and handling enquiries.
* Prepare export documents such as EDNs and permits.
* Support pricing activities by sourcing rates and assisting with freight quotations.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* A recent degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Professional phone manner with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take on feedback.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, deadline-driven environment.
