What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver revenue, margin and growth targets
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities
* Act as the primary customer contact across Western Australia
* Provide market insights, forecasts and performance updates to senior leadership
* Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements within guidelines
* Lead and support a small warehouse operation based Malaga to ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment
* Ensure high standards across safety, compliance, inventory management and DIFOT
* Coach and lead your direct report, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused culture

What We're Looking for
* Proven experience in a sales management or senior B2B sales role managing key accounts and developing new business
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
* Exposure to warehouse or operational environments
* The ability to lead, coach and motivate staff (1 x direct report)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational skills and comfort managing a defined territory
* Willingness and capability to operate in a field-based role, supported by a current Australian driver's licence and regular travel throughout Perth
