Culinary Expertise Wanted
Deliver exceptional food and outstanding customer service in a dynamic team environment.
This permanent full-time position is based at RAAF Edinburgh, South Australia, with rostered shifts available any day from Monday to Sunday.
You'll be responsible for:
* Supporting the Head Chef with daily mess operations and food service
* Food preparation including operating large volume cooking equipment
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, in line with contract expectations
* Support and participate in the implementation and management of Food Safety Programs
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Australian recognised Commercial Cookery qualification (Cert III or higher)
* A current Australian Drivers Licence
* Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations
* Previous experience in similar commercial hospitality roles
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team
Working closely with our chefs, you'll craft high-quality meals, catering for events while upholding the highest culinary standards.
