About Us
KAILO Medispa is a state‐of‐the‐art Medispa nestled within the Calile Hotel in the heart of James Street, Fortitude Valley. This is an exciting opportunity for an advanced massage/Spa therapist to join our team of highly experienced Beauty/Spa and Dermal Therapists, Nurses and Doctors. Our goal is to lead the industry with the highest standard of customer service and the most advanced and up‐to‐date techniques, products, equipment, and services on the market.
As KAILO is a 7 day per week business open from 8am – 8pm, we do require each team member to be flexible with availability to work these shift hours, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Currently we are looking for someone to join our weekend team with the option of more days for the right candidate. Ideally you will have experience in various styles of massage as well as spa treatments – facials, body wraps and scrubs. Relaxation massage sign off is a must.
Professional communication skills are crucial in areas such as client consultation, providing warm and welcoming guest service and collaborative teamwork. Extensive experience in exceptional client service and guest care is required.
Remuneration is experience‐based. All contract and pay rates are competitive and align with the Hair and Beauty Industry Award.
