As a team, we leverage Agile ways of working to help our team develop their skills while also making sure our team is focusing on solving the most complex problems for both our customers and team.
About wiq
As a newly established business unit combining the best of Woolworths and the best of Quantium to solve advanced analytics problems across the Woolworths group and commercialise the innovative solutions to the global retailer market. wiq delivers four types of work; platform solutions and products, process tools and solutions, analytical solutions, foundational enablers.
The opportunity
This is a program manager role within wiq that will manage the portfolio of advanced analytics use cases within a domain.
You will be accountable for the operational effectiveness of the domain and the use cases within it. You will lead, coach and mentor the delivery managers executing the use cases. The program manager will be an integral part of the delivery practice providing team members with support and motivation you will share your knowledge and expertise to actively contribute to the development of others. This is leadership role and a thought partner for the Head of Delivery to design and implement new processes, ways of working and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Domain Planning
1. Creation and alignment of yearly roadmap view for domain
2. Facilitation of domain QDC and responsible for effective execution of Domain Use Case BRPs
3. Problem solving sessions
Domain Financials
4. Co-creation (in conjunction with Finance) of domain level financial view
5. Monitoring and reporting on domain financials (inc. capex/opex and benefits)
Resource Management
6. Accountable for consolidated view of resourcing movements across domain (inc. supply / demand updates)
7. Capacity Planner accuracy for domain
Use Case Creation
8. Delivery support for new use cases (inc. ways of working)
9. Financial / bus case / planning oversight for new use cases
Delivery Manager Coaching / Mentoring
10. Coaching and mentoring across the domain
Domain Leadership
11. Facilitation and ownership of monthly meeting
12. Candences and rhythms across the domain
13. Stakeholder integration
