We're seeking an energetic and organised Customer Service Administrator. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives on detail, and wants to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team.
Your Responsibilities
* Contract management for QLD and WA
* Project management
* Entering bookings
* Customer Services/ Customer Management – face to face and VIA phone
* Create and manage purchase orders for QLD and WA
* Schedule VMS Boards as required through our online system
* Reporting
* Invoicing
* End of month processing
* Working closely with the Operations team
About You
* Strong administration experience, ideally in hire equipment.
* Familiarity with Syrinx (highly regarded)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator
* Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable
* Operational experience highly regarded
