About the Role
You’ll take ownership of daily and month-end accounting activities across both venues, ensuring everything adds up and flows on time.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing Accounts Payable & Receivable, supplier payments, and coding in Xero
* Completing daily banking, cash reconciliations, and bank-feed reviews
* Preparing daily revenue and performance reports for management
* Processing the weekly payroll
* Assisting with month-end journals, accruals, and balance-sheet reconciliations
* Supporting BAS, PAYG, and GST compliance
* Partnering with operations to monitor revenue, wages, and cost controls
* Providing ad hoc finance support to the CFO and team as required
About You
You’re a motivated finance professional who takes pride in accuracy, communication, and teamwork.
You’ll bring:
* 2 + years’ experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting (hospitality experience a plus)
* Strong knowledge of Xero and Excel
* Sound understanding of GST and payroll legislation
* High attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
* A positive, proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
