Having operated in Western Australia for many years, the company has established itself as a leading Tier 2 builder of choice in the Perth market.
Due to continued growth and the recent award of a major new project, they are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their high-performing team.
This role will support the delivery of a new $140M+ project located north of the river, offering the opportunity to be involved in a significant, large scale build from an early stage through to completion.
Responsibilities
* Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and flag risks or delays to the Project Manager and Site Manager
* Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
* Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and variation/change orders
* Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to support efficient and cost-effective delivery
* Assist Project Managers with planning, budgeting, and scheduling across all project phases
* Track project costs and contribute to regular financial and progress reporting
* Ensure project activities comply with specifications, contractual requirements, and relevant regulations
* Maintain organised, up to date records and documentation for all project duties
About you
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination or project management within the construction industry
* Experience on large scale construction projects valued at $50m+
* Proficiency in construction project management systems and software
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
