Imagine Rural - Southern NSW Local Health DistrictWhat You'll Be DoingThe Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, to provide person-centered care, in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve people-focused quality care.Selection CriteriaCurrent Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice respecting the rights of individuals and groups in a multidisciplinary team.Effective clinical communication skills, including information technology, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to manage conflict professionally.Participation in professional development and a commitment to maintaining and sharing skills with colleagues.Knowledge of and ability to work within a person-centered approach to nursing, embracing change in care delivery.Understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the position.Occupational Assessment, Screening and VaccinationThis is a Category ‘A’ position.
